Charter Information
- Fishing dates must be held with a $100 deposit payable by a major credit card.
- Cancellations must be at least 2 days prior to the reserved date to receive a full refund or to reschedule a trip.
- "No call" or "No show" on the day of trip will result in deposit being forfeited.
- If, due to inclement weather as determined by the captain the morning of your trip, we cannot sail on your date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Inclement weather is considered high winds, rough seas or heavy rain forecast for the entire day.
- Replacement of lost or damaged fishing rod or reel must be with either the same models or $100 for the value.
- Bring your own food and beverages - food and beverages are not provided.
- NO firearms, illegal drugs, hard liquor, or contraband may be carried on board.
